OKOUME PLYWOOD

Okoume Marine Plywood is a material produced by bonding thin layers (veneers) of peeled wood, with the grain directions of each layer crossing over each other, using WBP glue and pressing under high temperature and pressure.

Each layer of this plywood is carefully placed so that the grain directions of successive layers are perpendicular to each other, ensuring the surfaces are uniform in direction. Typically, an odd number of layers is used in the production process.
