Description
Another popular application of birch plywood coated with melamine film among industrial producers, DIY enthusiasts, and designers is the production of aesthetically pleasing and functional furniture. Storage units, office and kitchen furniture, as well as display stands and booths, are just a few examples of its utility.
Melamine film-coated plywood is hygienic, odorless, and free of harmful substances. This eco-friendly material is perfect for toy production, playground construction, kindergartens, and finishing interior walls in children's rooms. The wide range of standard and special colors of the melamine film provides broad design possibilities. The material is highly durable and easy to clean, contributing to its long-lasting character.
Furthermore, film-coated plywood is resistant to various weather conditions. The melamine film maintains its bright, rich color when exposed to continuous sunlight, ensuring the high visual quality of the laminated plywood. It also provides better resistance to wear and damage. The protective coating prevents the panels from absorbing moisture. All these make this film-coated plywood excellent for outdoor use and other challenging applications where wear-resistant surfaces are required, such as in temporary structures, agricultural and industrial facilities, climbing walls, pedestrian bridges, playgrounds, as well as in the production of commercial products. Vehicles, advertising, and information boards. Coated panels with wire mesh and hexagonal surfaces are also available.
The smooth, durable melamine film makes the birch plywood more resistant to impacts and other forms of bruising. The coated surface of the panel is resistant to commonly used chemicals, diluted acids, and alkalis. Thanks to the better wear resistance of the melamine film and the hardness of the birch plywood, this product is very popular in concrete formwork.
