DPS Birch Plywood is a high-quality birch plywood brand. In its production, only birch veneer is used in all layers to provide higher resistance against bending and warping.

The interior plywood is a strong material because it uses urea-formaldehyde adhesive (MR) for veneer bonding. The formaldehyde emission level of Plyterra Birch Interior complies with E1, CARB, EPA TSCA Title VI requirements.

DESCRIPTION

The unique features of indoor birch plywood include its low weight, long durability, high performance characteristics, and the hardness of its surface. The material is easy to work with and can be easily cut to the desired size. Thanks to the MR adhesive, the edges of the birch plywood for indoor use retain their original light color after processing and cutting. In addition to its good physical and mechanical properties, MR plywood has the beautiful texture of birch wood and does not require any finishing.

Bayou brand's interior plywoods are produced in thicknesses ranging from 4 to 30 millimeters, using 3 to 21 layers of birch veneer. Plywood in custom sizes and thicknesses can be manufactured upon the customer's request.

The interior plywood produced in DPS factories is an excellent solution for furniture production, interior lining and decoration work, flooring, packaging, and construction. The material is easy to transport and install.
